Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3–7 business days within the United States.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Aureum Pickleball is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items of equal value. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging. Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending back the item and shipping your replacement.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final sale items, and products marked “non-returnable” cannot be returned or exchanged.
